Jeff Maxwell, General Manager
Claims, Comcare and Property

Jeff has more than 40 years experience in Victorian and interstate workers compensation and OHS.  He has held a
range of practitioner and management positions in both the public and private sectors.
 
Jeff is the General Manager of BRM Risk Management Pty Ltd.

Jeff holds qualifications in OHS and is accredited in Claims Management by WorkCover SA, Q-Comp and Comcare.  After
his move to Victoria Jeff was a Senior Lead Auditor with BRM, a consultant in WorkCover and OHS matters, a
Senior Case Manager for a Victorian Agent and a WorkCover Advisor to a large healthcare network.
 
Jeff is accredited by the Register Accreditation Board/Quality Society of Australia (RABQSA) for Auditing OH&S
Management Systems, Auditing Management Systems and Leading Management Systems Audit Teams.
 
Jeff plays a key role in the introduction of new clients.
 

Mark McTaggart, National Lead Auditor
Claims, Comcare, Property and Training

Mark is an established Auditor and Lead Auditor with more than 20 years experience in claims management
and compliance.
 
Mark's professional experience was gained predominantly in the insurance industry in the management of workers'
compensation claims.

Mark comes from an Agent background managing a full claims team. He has excellent technical knowledge and a detailed understanding of the overall process of claims management. 
 
Mark has a claims management accreditation from QComp and has experience in auditing interstate.
 
Mark has an outstanding reputation and is well known to Senior Management at WorkSafe Victoria.
 
Mark provides hands-on training that is full of practical first-hand information and experience.
 

Samantha Robinson 
Client Services Coordinator and Auditor

Samantha has seven years experience in the Victorian workers' compensation industry, working in claims management, compliance and performance improvement.

Samantha is an experienced Injury Claims Consultant, having managed a number of portfolios of varying sizes and complexities for a large Victorian WorkCover Agent prior to her commencement with BRM.
 
Samantha has also completed training in Comcare, claims management and is accredited in auditing Quality Management Systems.
 
Samantha will continue her role as our Client Services Coordinator, with an active onsite involvement in claims audits from time
to time.
 

Peter Geary
OHS, Property and Training

Peter is a seasoned OHS professional with in excess of 30 years experience in risk management. Peter has worked as both
an in-house risk manager and in consulting organisations working with an extensive range of industries including construction, engineering, manufacturing and labour hire. Specialising in focusing business on continuous improvement Peter uses his risk program design, risk control system design, and accredited training skills to assist organisations gain accreditation for
their safety management systems. Peter is also an Accredited Safety Auditor.
 
Peter uses his auditing and risk management skills to provide practical, efficient auditing of property risk. Peter has also completed Essential Services Auditing training.
 

Jim Pashalidis
OHS, Property and Training

Jim Pashalidis is an accredited OHS professional with international experience in implementing and auditing OHS
management systems.  Originally a chemist, and progressing through quality auditing to the OHS profession, Jim has a
wide variety of systems and hazard management exposure.  He is respected for his ability to understand and feed back the underlying causes of OHS problems and has an approachable yet thorough auditing style.
 
Jim is also a qualified trainer and presents OHS training courses.
