Mark joined the BRM team in 2006. Mark is an established Auditor and Lead Auditor with more than 20 years experience in claims management, rehabilitation management and compliance.
Mark's professional experience was gained in the insurance industry in the management of workers' compensation claims. Mark comes from an Agent background managing a full claims team. He has excellent technical knowledge and a detailed understanding of the overall process of claims management.
Mark has an outstanding reputation and is well known within the Australian self-insurance and workers' compensation industry.
Mark provides hands-on training that is full of practical first-hand information and experience.
Claims & Rehabilitation
Sam joined the BRM team in 2008. Sam has significant experience in workers' compensation, working in claims management, compliance and performance improvement.
Samantha is an experienced Injury Claims Consultant, having managed a number of portfolios of varying sizes and complexities for a large Victorian WorkCover Agent prior to her commencement with BRM.
Samantha has also completed training in Comcare, claims management and is accredited in auditing Quality Management Systems.

Allan joined the BRM team in 2016. Allan is a workers' compensation professional with extensive experience and technical knowledge of key claims management and auditing activities that drive performance and accountability.
Allan has managed claims teams and been in leadership roles at large Victorian WorkCover Agents.
Prior to joining BRM, Allan worked as an auditor for WorkSafe Victoria for eight years and was involved with the implementation and management of the scheme's Agent Performance Adjustment audits.

Cathy joined the BRM team in 2013 to 2015 and returned in 2017. Cathy brings an extensive background in injury management, auditing and national recruitment in Risk Management, OHS, Injury Management and Workers' Compensation Claims roles for both state and national organisations.
Cathy brings experienced gained from healthcare, WorkCover Agents, employers and consultant environments with a passion for injury management and optimal return to work outcomes for all stakeholders.
